Ron und Liz, das ältere Paar mit denen ich drei Wochen im Bush war und die mich so super verpflegten, haben mir ein Dankes-Mail geschrieben:

Dear Max

We want to thank you very much for helping to make our prospecting trip to WA most enjoyable and successful.

As new comers from NSW it is hard to find out the right and most likely places to go to with the possibility of finding gold. After meeting up with you we were able to go out in the bush together prospecting and spend some lovely nights by the camp fire. Our aim was to find a patch and a reasonable sized nugget, which we did with your expertise and help. That resulted in a 32 nugget patch and that lovely 67g nugget. Your knowledge of everything regarding the right areas to go was astounding. Your help with setting the detectors for the optimum performance was greatly appreciated and the same applies to the use of our GPS’s.

We value all that we learnt, your friendship and the time we spent with you. It was a wonderful experience for us that we will always remember and we hope that you enjoyed the time as well.

All being well, we hope to catch up with you again next year.
