The Hero of Karratha

Rob Maes, Chef von TyrePower, Karratha, den Namen solltet ihr euch merken, falls ihr irgendwann mal nach Karratha kommt. So viel Service und Aufwand für einen Kunden, der nicht mal was bei ihm gekauft hat, findet man extrem selten auf unserem Planeten. Er hat fast zwei Woche lang für mich herumtelefoniert, und den Pfeiffen in Perth, die an allem schuld sind ist er so lange auf die Nerven gegangen, bis die schliesslich für den gesamten Schaden aufgekommen sind. Die erste Ersatzlieferung aus Perth war nicht ganz zufrieden stellend, also hat er alles wieder zurück geschickt und darauf bestanden, das zu liefern, was sie sollten. Schliesslich habe ich heute 6 komplette Räder, wovon ich eigentlich nur 5 bezahlt hatte. Selbst nachdem alles erledigt war, hat er mich fast eine Woche danach noch im Bush angerufen, ob ich jetzt auch wirklich mit allem zufrieden bin und alles funktioniert. Dafür verdient er diesen Post und den Titel: "Hero of Karratha".

PS: Gerne könnt ihr einen Kommentar schreiben, in dem ihr zum Ausdruck bringt, was so ein Mensch wert ist. Die werde ich gerne übersetzen und an Rob weiter leiten.

Rob Maes, Boss of TyrePower Karratha, that's the name you have to keep in mind, if you ever come to Karratha. So much service and effort for a customer who even did'nt buy anything in the first place from him, is extremely rare on our planet. He spent about two weeks to call the guys in Perth who were the reason of all the troubles I had with the new tyres. He did not stop to drive them crazy till they agreed to pay for the whole lot of troubles. The first replacement from Perth was not entirely satisfactory and he has sent everything back and insisted on it to deliver what they should have. So finally I have 6 complete Tyres, of which I actually paid only for 5.
Even once it all was over, he called me while I was out bush and asked, if I'm really happy with everything. For all this he deserves this post and the title "Hero of Karratha".
